Call Center Representative
We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team and handle 300+ inbound and outbound calls daily. Responsibilities :
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (300+ daily) while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product / service information with empathy and efficiency.
- Process orders, payments, and data updates in a timely and accurate manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Follow call scripts and workflows while tailoring communications to meet individual customer needs.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, updates, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about company services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Provide recommendations for improving customer service processes and communication strategies.
Requirements :
Experience : Previous experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment is preferred.Education : High school diploma or GED required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.Skills :Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.Ability to quickly and effectively build rapport with customers over the phone.Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills to handle large call volumes.Problem-solving abilities with a focus on resolving issues in a calm and professional manner.Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technologies; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying demands and priorities.Goal-Oriented : Motivated to meet or exceed daily call and service targets.
