Equipment Operator Trainer

Do you have a passion for safety, leadership, and developing others? Staffmark is hiring an experienced and safety-driven Equipment Operator Trainer to lead hands-on training for new and current employees in powered industrial truck operations. This role is perfect for a skilled operator ready to make an impact through coaching and mentoring in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay : $25-$26 / hour

Schedule : Split shift, approximately 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM (subject to change based on training needs)

Responsibilities :

• Lead classroom and on-the-floor training sessions for the following equipment : Sit-down / Stand-up Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and Turret Trucks
• Certify and evaluate operator performance, providing feedback and recertification as needed
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Promote a strong culture of safety through ongoing coaching and leading by example
• Assist with onboarding of new hires and conduct regular refresher training
• Partner with leadership on process improvements related to equipment use and safety
