Job Summary :

We are seeking result-driven sales associates for our fast-paced retail locations that can provide our customers with fast, friendly, and high-quality service. The Sales Associate is responsible for a variety of retail functions, such as performing cashier duties, checking and stocking inventory, general cleaning, and performing opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as needed. This position also requires the preparation and serving of FriendShip food items at locations where food is served.

Sales Associate Responsibilities :

• Provide Wicked Awesome Customer Service (WACS) to our customers each day.
• Maintain outstanding guest service standards, product knowledge, and all other components of guest services.
• Assists in receiving, placing, monitoring, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
• Identifies and communicates merchandising and sales floor operational opportunities to Store Management staff.
• Maintain interior and exterior store appearance according to company housekeeping standards.
• Work with the Deli Manager to understand and execute proper deli food preparation and storage procedures.
• Adherence to Company policy and procedures is required.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Safely operate store equipment.
• Operation of cash register and responsibility for cash accountability.
• Completes shift paperwork and other paperwork, such as price changes, transfers, etc., as directed by Supervisor.
