Job Summary : The Invited Sales team is seeking a Sales Strategy Analyst who will be responsible for taking impactful insights and using them to drive key business decisions. This role involves retrieving, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to provide actionable insights that support business needs. By leveraging data analytics, visualization, and presentation skills, the Sales Strategy Analyst identifies trends and patterns that help guide managers and executives in optimizing processes and decision-making. The right person for this role has exceptional analytical capabilities, loves problem-solving, is a great communicator, and is passionate about driving our business.
This role will be based in the corporate office in Las Colinas, TX with a minimum of two days per week in office.
Day-to-Day :
- Conduct analysis to drive valuable business insights, using analytics tools, e.g. PowerBI to access and manipulate from disparate data sources.
- Build intuitive presentations, interfaces, infographics, and data visualizations to tell stories with data that convey key performance metrics, significant trends, and relationships across the business.
- Analyze user behavior to identify patterns, uncover opportunities and create a common understanding of how people are interacting with our reporting content.
- Ideate and develop new metrics and analytical approaches, measuring performance for both tactical and strategic decision-making
- Lead projects and requests from end-to-end, defining business needs, developing strategies, and solutions that empower internal teams operate efficiently.
- Spearhead ongoing efforts to better understand sub growth and identify future opportunities through analysis and reporting.
- Work with key stakeholders on financial planning, goal setting, and forecasting
- Work with key stakeholders to develop and monitor standardized sales reporting metrics
- Identify opportunities for technology enhancements, automation, and advanced modeling / analytics to continue to increase efficiency and generate additional revenue
- Own creation and implementation of sales processes and protocols
- Be a liaison between sales teams and extended internal teams (technology, marketing, accounting, legal, finance)
About You :
2+ years of relevant work experience in analytics and / or business intelligence or related field.Strong analytical skills with proficient ability to use tools for data analysisExperience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and strong storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Microsoft office tools i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access.Strong and effective communication, presentation and written skills and ability to work in a virtual environment.Experience collecting internal customer feedback and requests, empathizing with their challenges and opportunities.Collaborative, self-motivated with a desire to lead strategic problem solving, execution and ownership.Top candidates will also have :
Degree in analytical areas such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Business or equivalent.Understanding of data warehousing concepts, relationship entity diagrams and relational databases.Familiarization with membership / customer service-based organizationsWhat We Offer :
