Job Summary : We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our finance team. As a Cost Accountant, you'll play a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing the costs associated with our operations to drive profitability and operational efficiency. You'll collaborate with departments across the company to ensure accurate cost reporting and support data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collect, analyze, and report on cost information to ensure accurate financial reporting and support internal decision making.
• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, documentation, and records.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports, variance analysis, and profitability studies.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing overhead, labor, and material costs.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning activities.
• Provide recommendations on cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and other departments to track and validate costs.
• Prepare inventory valuation reports and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to cost accounting.
• Support special projects and assist with other duties as needed.
