Job Summary : In this role, you'll design and develop high-performing websites that drive conversions and reflect our brand. You'll own the full process, from visual design through front-end development, creating responsive sites optimized for SEO, modern search experiences (including AI-powered search), accessibility, and analytics tracking. You’ll deliver engaging digital experiences that impact lead generation and user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop responsive websites, landing pages, and UI components that reflect brand guidelines and optimize user experience
• Implement tracking parameters to measure website performance and conversion metrics
• Create optimized graphics, icons, and imagery for web use; ensure images meet accessibility requirements and performance standards
• Conduct usability reviews, A / B tests, and implement improvements based on analytics and feedback
• Implement SEO / GEO best practices, including semantic HTML, structured data markup, optimized page speed, and mobile-first design
• Maintain cohesive visual identity across all digital touchpoints
