Job Summary

The Host / Greeter is responsible for providing prompt, friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all restaurant guests while creating a memorable experience by greeting, escorting / directing guests, providing accurate information, and responding to inquiries, requests, and concerns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include :

• Greet arriving guests and determine reservation or place guests on waiting list, when applicable.
• Escort guests to their assigned table or direct them to designated waiting areas.
• Present guests with menus, communicate server name, relay any relevant information, and remove any additional place settings.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to inquiries and requests.
• Engage with guests to ensure they are satisfied with food and overall service.
• Must be able to cross-train in other F&B related areas.
