Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

StartDate : ASAP

Available Shifts : 10 D

Pay Rate : $2020.48 - $2213.93

Days needed : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Shifts / hours : 0800-1830

One weekend / month on call : 0700-0900

Additional Position Information :

Patient Caseload- Primarily Outpatient (mostly orthopedics, general deconditioning, balance / fall prevention and other diagnoses depending on the PT's skills

Primarily one on one patient care

Inpatient / acute care as needed

EMR System- Cerner

Required :

Outpatient orthopedic experience

Current California Physical Therapist license by start of contract

Current CPR / BLS certification

Preferred Requirements

Inpatient / Acute care experience (training / mentoring provided if needed)

Other PT specialty experience such as : pelvic health, vestibular rehab, outpatient neuro rehab, pediatrics, and / or lymphedema

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient

Experience : 1 year

Certifications : BLS-AHA

AND

Physical Therapist, Acute

Experience : 1 year

Certifications : BLS-AHA

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year

References : 1 Reference in entire work history
