Rehabilitation Technician

Description :

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Rehabilitation Technician to join our healthcare team. The Rehab Tech will assist physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other rehabilitation professionals in delivering high-quality care to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. This role is essential in supporting therapeutic services and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment for patient recovery.

Key Responsibilities : Assist therapists in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic exercises

Prepare and maintain treatment areas, equipment, and supplies

Transport patients to and from therapy sessions

Monitor patients during therapy for safety and comfort

Document patient progress and report observations to supervising therapists

Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy spaces

Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and inventory management

Educate patients on basic exercises and use of equipment under supervision

Requirements : Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required

Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred

Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Empathy, patience, and a commitment to patient care

Compensation details : 17-19 Hourly Wage
