Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Rosedale, Michigan.

Job Description & Requirements

Job Duties

  • Perform computerized tomography (CT) and radiographic procedures following established protocols and radiologist instructions.
  • Differentiate between normal and abnormal anatomy; tailor exams based on patient history and physician direction.
  • Administer IV and oral contrast per departmental and institutional guidelines; monitor and document patient condition throughout procedures.
  • Ensure proper radiation protection for patients, self, and others using shielding and collimation techniques.
  • Assist radiologists during sterile procedures; practice sterile technique and obtain vital signs and pertinent clinical histories.
  • Perform venipuncture and identify / assist with allergic or adverse reactions during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all patient data and procedure details.
  • Provide general patient care while ensuring comfort and safety in the imaging department.

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
  • Ability to perform X-ray procedures
  • Experience with Toshiba CT scanners
  • Current ARRT certification
  • Current BLS (AHA) certification
