Lease Processor II

Position Summary

The Lease Processor II is responsible for verifying and processing lease contract packages to ensure each file is accurate and complete before funding.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Review lease contract documents to ensure conformity with SFS policies.
• Ensure contracts submitted for funding are complete, accurate, and reflect proper approval authorities, specifically Truth?In?Lending and Regulation M disclosures, and ensure the accurate calculation and correct disclosure of federal?mandated fees.
• Inspect the lease package documentation for any suspicious or fraudulent information.
• Verify calculations on the contracts before funding and prepare completed files for funding.
• Perform financial calculations such as payoffs, rebates, residuals, payments, money factors, lease worksheets, vehicle registration, drivers license, residence, and insurance coverage.
• Inform the manager of discrepancies in the contract package or verification of information and note the file.
• Maintain confidentiality when accessing personal information of consumers, including Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
• Follow up with dealership, sales team, and other internal partners to resolve all non?compliant funding issues via Dealer Chat, email, and inbound / outbound calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Competencies Required

Preferred Experience

Captive finance company and / or lease experience.

Additional Requirements

Overtime is required on an as?needed basis. Travel of 0?10% is required on an as?needed basis.

Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities : Dallas, TX; Phoenix, AZ.

Physical Demands

The position requires sitting, using hands, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to ten pounds, and using a headset and telephone for calls. Specific vision abilities required include close vision.

Work Environment

The work environment is moderate in noise level. The position requires various shifts to accommodate business needs, Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed.
