Job description22 Anesthesiologists 12 Dedicated support staff Educational Leadership Opportunities : Engage as a clinical instructor with SIUE and Millikin / Decatur Nurse Anesthesia programs. High Case Volume & Variety : Participate in over 31,000+ anesthetics annually, including : 4 CVORs 6 Ambulatory Surgery ORs Multiple off-site locations (OB, GI, IR, ECT, Cath Lab) Flexible Scheduling : Enjoy multiple shift options and at-home call coverage. Advanced Technology : Work at a Level 1 Trauma Center with standardized anesthesia equipment and a robust EHR (Cerner). Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus for experienced CRNAs 80 hours of front-loaded PTO Generous PTO accrual Relocation assistance available Continuing education with 5 days + $4,500 annually Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Hospital-employed with comprehensive benefits Financial assistance programs available Graduate from an AANA-accredited anesthesia program MSN, DNP, or equivalent required Illinois RN and APN licensure (or eligibility) NBCRNA certification (new grads eligible for certification) Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

$60,000 sign-on bonus for experienced CRNAs who commit to a one-year term. Additional $15,000 incentive for CRNAs with cardiac anesthesia experience. 80 hours of front-loaded PTO.
