Your Role on the Team

The Clinical Placement Coordinator supports student clinical rotations by managing scheduling, onboarding, and communication between UCI Health and partner universities. This role ensures timely documentation, compliance, and coordination across multiple departments and systems.

Duties include, but are not limited to :

Coordinate and schedule clinical student placements, onboarding, and rotation logistics for partner universities.

Serve as the main contact for students and schools, ensuring clear communication and strong customer service.

Assist with Affiliation Agreements and Sponsorship processes with legal and risk management teams.

Maintain accurate documentation and tracking through Excel, CCPS, and internal systems (badge access, affiliations, onboarding).

$29.40 / hour (within range of $29.40 / hour - $30.76 / hour).

Required :

Healthcare scheduling experience and understanding of healthcare roles.

Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills with the ability to manage many moving parts.

Excellent communication and customer service skills when working with students and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Excel and documentation management; able to handle time-sensitive tasks.

• Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.

Preferred :

Experience working with university systems or clinical education programs.

Familiarity with CCPS or similar onboarding systems.

Experience collaborating with legal or risk management departments.
