Reception
- Directing our customers via their phone inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Greet all customers and visitors in a professional manner and notifying the appropriate team member.
Administrative
Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail; process outgoing mailPerform backup duties for the shipping and receiving departmentProduce badges to fill customer ordersDevelop a knowledge of company products and related accessories and componentsReceive and process sales calls and provide quotes for consumables, parts and repairsPurchase and maintain the companys office suppliesTrack customer annual service agreements, send renewal notices and invoice as appropriateAccounting / Bookkeeping
Become the SME on companys accounting system and its reportingProcess all sales orders and invoices on a timely basisProcess all cash receipts on a timely basisPrepare deposits and take to bank as neededProcess payrollGenerate, receive and process purchase orders on a timely basisProcess accounts payable generating checks for signatureComp base salary is 90K plus great benefits!
