This role focuses on driving operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, ensuring end-to-end process optimization across multiple value streams. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to deliver sustainable change.

Job Description

As the Manager of Business Process Engineering, you will :

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders, vendors, and employees at all levels.
• Oversee process evaluation, documentation, design, and monitoring using Lean principles.
• Lead transition from design to implementation, ensuring adoption through project management and organizational change management (OCM).
• Manage multiple headcount and supervise Business Process Consultants.
• Support continuous improvement across seven key value streams.
