Job Overview

We believe in creating a welcoming environment where both customers and team members feel valued. As a Fulfillment Colleague, you will be responsible for driving a great shopping experience for our omni-channel customer by selecting merchandise from the selling floor, packing, and shipping customer orders with care and attention to detail. You will also assist with customer pick-up and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your dedication to teamwork will shine as you collaborate with colleagues to achieve department goals and foster a positive workplace. Most importantly, you'll make every customer feel welcome by greeting them with a smile and offering your help whenever needed.
