Seeking highly skilled clinical pharmacists with 1 year of Acute / Inpatient experience and proficiency in Epic . Excellent schedule structure with weekends only every third week! ⚡️ Quick Snapshot : Job Essentials Facility Type : Acute Care Hospital (320 Beds / Trauma Level II Required) Shift : 4x10-Hour Day Shift (12 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM) Minimum Experience : 1 year Acute / Inpatient Pharmacy Experience (Required) Charting System : Epic experience required (preferred) Required Certifications : TX State Pharmacist License (License in-hand required before start), BLS . Key Skills : Sterile Technique, Clinical Dosing (Anticoagulants, Renal), Therapeutic Monitoring, and Medication Dispensing Systems (Pyxis, etc.). Start Dates : 12 / 08 / 2025 or 12 / 15 / 2025 ✅ Need to Know & Must-Haves License Status : Active TX State Pharmacist License is mandatory. Weekend Coverage : Variable weekends required ( Every Third Weekend ). Call / Float REQ : No Call Required / Float not specified as required.
