🔧 What You’ll Do :

Accurately examine and diagnose vehicles with precision

Collaborate with the shop foreman and service advisors to plan and prioritize repairs

Communicate additional service needs clearly and promptly

Provide fair, accurate labor estimates

Monitor repair progress and keep service advisors updated

Follow dealership policies to ensure the highest standards of vehicle care and safety

Document repair work thoroughly for customer transparency

Mentor and support technician trainees to build a stronger team

Stay sharp with company and factory training sessions

🎯 What We’re Looking For :

1–2 years of mechanical experience or relevant training

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Dedication to integrity and quality craftsmanship
