Title : SAP ABAP Developer

Location : Remote within USA

Duration : 3 month(s) and Possibility of Extension

Work hours : 8AM to 4PM

Specific Skills Needed : SAP BTP development skills . We will be transitioning some Fiori and ABAP developments from on premise S4 to BTP. We will also be considering some new BTP creations.

Years of Experience : 10+

We need an additional resource to help with our S4 upgrade and utilizing the new development methods available to us.

Major Duties - Working in a team environment to provide analysis, design, programming, unit testing and coordination of ABAP required for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and forms to meet business process requirements - Support of the custom ABAP, provide technical support to the functional teams, as well as, SAP Note application when required - Create and maintain technical specifications and other supporting documentation of custom ABAP code requirements - Proactively identifying issues, problems, and innovative ideas to optimize the operation of all SAP applications - Applies functional knowledge and technical expertise in the implementation of configuration changes and maintenance of software applications - Ability to help with the introduction of the SAP Netweaver development product suite into the development team and provide knowledge transfer to re-tool the existing associates

Qualifications : -

5+ years Information Systems related experience including experience in programming, client server technologies, relational databases, windows operating environment and packaged applications

3-7 years of SAP experience with prior SAP implementation and ASAP methodology experience

Knowledge in SAP Netweaver development technologies, including ABAP Objects, Java, Visual composer, xApps Analytics, Web Dynpro / Java

Experience in Adobe Interactive Forms, ABAP report development, dialog programming, SAPscript / Smartforms, Enhancements & BADI's, LSMW, workflow, Idocs / ALE all a plus - SAP experience with either SAP Netweaver 2004, SAP Solution Manager 4.0, SAP Business Warehouse 7.0, and SAP ECC 6.0

Retail / business experience a plus

EDUCATION

BS computer Science or related field, MS a plus
