Job descriptionResponsible for ensuring Receiving and Shipping procedures are implemented and continuously adhered to, per written procedures. Responsible for the rotation of finished goods in inventory to ensure inventory is used on a FIFO basis. Communicate with Warehouse Manager as to the condition and quality of incoming materials and potential issues relating to performance of production and plant warehouse receiving. Assist with inventory of finished goods and reconciling discrepancies in a timely manner. Assist with the preparation of year-end inventory. Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and safe work area at all times. Responsible for operating forklift and other machinery in a safe & professional manner. Responsible for accurate completion of receiving and shipping paperwork. High school diploma or GED is preferred (not required) 1-3 months related experience and / or training preferred Bakery experience is a plus
