Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Physical Therapist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : 12 / 07 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy programs in accordance with established procedures and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy programs. Formulate specific treatment goals in collaboration with patients and healthcare personnel. Prepare and maintain progress notes and discharge documentation in a timely manner. Attend designated clinics, rounds, and conferences, sharing relevant patient information. Participate in staff education programs and assist with training new team members. Serve as a clinical instructor for senior-level physical therapy students. Support and facilitate the development of new therapy programs Preferred Qualifications Strong outpatient experience. Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (B.S. required). Active New York State Physical Therapy License (or eligibility). Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in an outpatient setting. Must successfully pass a pre-employment health clearance.
