Program Analyst II
This is an independent and responsible position that provides support and assistance for the Florida Department of Health in St. Johns County (FDOH-SJC) HIV / AIDS program. Supervises and monitors client incentive and assistance programs. Tasks include, but are not limited to :
- Managing all client incentive and assistance processes for the HIV / AIDS program
- Overseeing the tracking of items dispersed
- Processing of any assistance program applications
- Collaborating with Finance and Accounting on documentation and reporting
Coordinates and manages quality assurance and quality improvement (QA / QI) projects for the HIV / AIDS program. Tasks include, but are not limited to :
Collaborating with the Government Operations Consultant III on projects and deliverablesDocumenting the projects accordinglyCollecting and documenting client feedback necessary for QA / QIMonitoring and coordinating progress of the projectsCoordinating project responsibilities and monitoring completionWorking with the Public Health Services Manager to ensure proper completion of projectsSupervises and monitors the HIV / AIDS program income. Tasks include, but are not limited to :
Documenting and tracking program income and expenditures as necessaryFacilitating processes and purchases to properly utilize program incomeCompleting appropriate and necessary reports and tracking systems to ensure program income and expenditures are meeting guidelines and standardsWorking with Finance and Accounting on program income expendituresCollaborating with Finance and Accounting, the Executive Community Health Nursing Director and the Government Operations Consultant III on budgeting, budget monitoring throughout program and fiscal years and expending funds related to program incomeCompletes programmatic tasks that include but are not limited to :
Monitoring the referral tracker and working with HIV / AIDS team to ensure completion of the trackerMonitoring and processing faxes and emailsWorking with the Health Education team and the Government Operations Consultant III on HIV / AIDS related outreach eventsAssisting with and participating in community outreach events as necessaryCollaborating with staff in the coordination of the Consumer Advisory Board meetings, as neededWorking with the Executive Community Health Nursing Director, the Government Operations Consultant III and Finance and Accounting on Memorandums of Agreement / UnderstandingSupporting Ryan White Part C funding requirements, reports and deliverablesSupporting the scheduling of appointments and securing insurance authorizations as neededAssisting with medical records requests and follow up of such requestsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities :
