Position Overview

As a Customer Care Representative you will be our customers main point of contact. Ideal applicants will be friendly, professional, engaging, and dedicated to providing our reputation-worthy customer service. This position balances customer service, administrative support, and other team-related responsibilities.

As a Customer Care Representative, you will:

• Operate a multi-line phone system
• Answer and process inbound phone calls
• Create and update client accounts
• Provide administrative support such as filing, organizing paperwork, and other administrative duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' office and or call center experience
• Successful completion of a drug screening
• Verifiable references
• Previous experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office applications
• Termite and Pest Control industry experience is desired, but not required

Work Schedule

• Full Time
• Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
• One Saturday a month required
