  • Inside Sales Representative Job Type : Full time Location : Durham, NC 27703 Summary :   The Inside Sales Representative will work in a fast-paced environment and will play a fundamental role in growing the business while achieving our aggressive revenue growth objectives.
  • They must be comfortable working independently while supporting outside sales, channel partners, suppliers, and customer needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound requests, outbound calls and emails Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route new opportunities to the appropriate sales executive.
  • Help close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the customer base.
  • Work with channel partners to promote sales.
  • Keep information accessible using strong organization skills.
  • Update product knowledge by participating in channel partner educational opportunities.
  • Accomplish team and organization goals by completing various requests as needed.
  • Desired Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Desired Skills & Knowledge : Proven inside sales / customer service experience with strong phone presence.
  • Experience working with CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Bio-pharma experience preferred.
