TGRC is collaborating with a top-tier U.S. energy transition developer to find a dynamic Senior Manager of Data Centers. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development of large-scale data center infrastructure across key strategic markets. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a rapidly growing platform supported by major institutional capital, operating at the crossroads of power markets, real estate, interconnection, and next-generation digital infrastructure.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive, high-caliber individual who excels in navigating ambiguity, takes initiative, and drives complex, cross-functional projects with a sense of urgency and precision.

To succeed, you should have at least 8 years of experience in real estate, energy development, interconnection, energy markets, substation infrastructure, and project management. While you don't need to be a deep technical expert in every area, you must possess the breadth of knowledge to coordinate effectively, engage the right specialists, and ensure multidisciplinary teams remain aligned and on track.

Your Responsibilities :

• Lead the complete lifecycle of data center development : site selection, feasibility, design, permitting, and utility coordination.
• Build and manage comprehensive project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, utilities, and contractors to maintain momentum on projects.
• Evaluate potential sites based on infrastructure, substation access, environmental considerations, and grid conditions.
• Guide high voltage / medium voltage master-planning for large-scale campuses connected to renewable assets.
• Navigate permitting, compliance, and regulatory processes with ease.
• Support energy supply negotiations, interconnection strategies, and power capacity planning.
• Collaborate closely with regional utilities on capacity, infrastructure upgrades, and timelines.
