Overview

Capital Professionals is partnering with a rapidly growing 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) company that's expanding their Sales and Operations teams. We're looking for driven, motivated individuals who want to build a career in logistics and supply chain. Experience is a plus—but a strong work ethic, great attitude, and desire to succeed matter most.

What You'll Be Doing

Build and manage relationships with shippers and carriers
Understand client shipping needs and provide freight quotes
Book shipments, coordinate pickups / deliveries, and track progress
Communicate with clients and solve problems on the fly
Keep CRM and records up to date
Close deals and grow your client base

What We're Looking For

Logistics / supply chain knowledge (helpful, not required)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Quick thinking and problem-solving mindset

Negotiation skills and a sales-driven attitude

Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
