Support and inspect the day-to-day household cleaning, organization of the various properties. Serve as quality control for the housekeeping department. The role maintains a thorough knowledge of the family properties and all its living structures as well as awareness of other roles and responsibilities throughout the organization. Maintaining and managing household inventories; reporting items that need to be repaired or replaced; running household errands; assisting with parties and gatherings as needed, setting up for daily meals.

Level Criteria :

• Experienced, licensed or skilled in a range of activities; performs daily tasks and processes with demonstrated consistent service, collaboration, and integrity in interactions and decisions
• Performs a range of activities as assigned; typically works on established projects
• Operates multiple standard systems; mentors and guides others
• Decisions carry moderate risk and impact quality of services provided
• Completes assignments under general supervision consistent with standards for service quality
• Interacts with internal and external managers and peers to exchange moderately complex information related to assignments with collaboration and kindness
• When non-routine issues arise, chooses from defined courses of action; requires some independent judgment to complete tasks
• Performs daily tasks and communications with service-first mentality; role model for others
