Job Description

Responsibilities :

Automotive Technician :

• Perform basic vehicle diagnostics and identify required repairs
• Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection process on every customer vehicle
• Assist in inventory management and general store duties
• Perform services in accordance with Monro's safety standards and procedures
• Test drive vehicles following company policy and local traffic laws
• Maintain technical knowledge through required Monro University training
• Operate and maintain equipment safely according to manufacturer guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

General Service Technician is responsible for performing basic routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.

Salary Range : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Based on experience $25 - $35 Flat Rate for Automotive Technician, and $15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience for General Service Technician.
