Collaborate with the care team on discharge planning, patient education, and advocacy. Patient population includes COPD, CHF, ESRD, post-cath, and occasional psychiatric cases requiring observation. Staffing ratios vary by acuity : 2 : 1 for vented or drip-dependent CCU patients, 3 : 1 for stable CCU, and up to 4 : 1 for PCU-level care.\n\nHow youll contribute Youll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. • BLS certification is required.\n
