Accounts Receivable Specialist

LaSalle Network is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company in Boulder, CO that is searching for a sharp, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their finance team on a contract basis.

What’s the job?
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will:

• Apply incoming payments (checks, ACH, credit cards) accurately and efficiently

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies

• Liaise with clients and internal teams to address billing issues

• Maintain AR aging reports and assist with collections

• Prepare documentation for audits and maintain clean financial records

• Support AR month-end close and journal entries

What’s needed?
To succeed as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you should have:

• 2+ years of AR or general accounting experience

• Solid Excel skills; ERP system experience preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Clear communication and problem-solving abilities

• Availability to work full-time on-site in Boulder, CO
