Position Overview :

MLR is excited to recruit a committed and skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist for our client's prestigious healthcare team. Reporting to the Rehab Services Manager, you will play a key role in advancing clinical excellence within the Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy teams, as well as among support staff like Rehab Techs and Schedulers. Your main responsibilities will include the precise and effective management of clinical education and competency programs.

In this position, you will devote approximately 80% of your time to providing direct patient care, including thorough evaluations and personalized treatments. The remaining 20% will be focused on developing programs and handling essential administrative tasks that enhance departmental operations. All activities will be conducted in accordance with the State Practice Act to ensure the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.
