Job description

Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Post-Acute Care San Antonio, TX

Opportunity Highlights

  • Join a growing post-acute care team serving skilled nursing facilities in San Antonio
  • Full-time W2 position with Monday Friday rounding schedule
  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
  • Texas medical license and DEA required
  • Previous post-acute experience a plus, but not required
  • Growth and leadership opportunities within the local market
