Equipment : Omnicell Medication Dispenser, Baxter pumps, Masimo Monitors, GE Telemetry Monitoring system

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg nursing experience required

ACLS and PALS certifications (can be obtained within 60 and 90 days of start, respectively)

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Ability to float to other hospital departments as needed

Must reside more than 60 miles from facility to qualify for travel nurse assignment

Med / Surg RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical (Med / Surg) setting, including Medicine, Surgery, Telemetry, and Pediatrics

Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and accurately document care using MEDHOST EHR

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Respond to emergencies and provide advanced life support as required

Float to other nursing units based on patient census and department needs

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
