Candidate must reside in the DC area. Hybrid Schedule.

Base pay range $86,000.00 / hr - $110,000.00 / hr

Qualifications 8 plus years of experience in Interior Architecture with a focus on the technical aspects of design including detailing, coordination and CDs. 3+ of those years need to be in workplace interiors.

Self-starter

Ability to manage consultants and coordinate a complete and thorough set of drawings.

Thorough understanding of schedules, consultant coordination, and project budget

Knowledge of contract writing best practices and the ability to identify risk mitigation strategies

Ability to design multiple projects of a similar scope

High proficiency in Revit required

Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing

Ability to effectively meet deadlines

Positive solution-oriented management approach

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design

Licensure or Certified preferred
