Key Responsibilities

Oversee relationship management and revenue generation by expanding client networks and addressing client issues

Manage and develop a team, ensuring performance goals are met and providing coaching and training

Collaborate on strategic planning, establish KPIs, and monitor industry trends for growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Undergraduate Degree (4 years) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred

Minimum of 15+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, leveraged finance, or commercial banking
