We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced UPS Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling small package services and at least 3 years of industry experience .

Responsibilities :

Develop and grow new UPS small package accounts.

Manage and expand relationships with existing customers.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell related shipping services (LTL, FTL, drayage, warehousing).

Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.

Work closely with our operations team to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling UPS small package services.

Strong knowledge of UPS products, pricing, and competitive positioning.

Proven ability to consistently achieve sales goals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-starter with a high level of motivation and accountability.
