Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years' experience in big ticket sales. A background in home improvement and / or pool and spa products is preferred but not required if additional crossover skills are demonstrated.

Compensation Typically Ranges From $76k- 120k+ For This Position, Based On a Combination Of Hourly And Commission Training Wage, Converting To Earned Commissions Based On Margins, And Additional Incentives. Our Best Product Advisors Earn Over $100k+, And Is Based On YOUR Initiative, Previous Experience, And Ability To

• Convert showroom visitors into committed buyers by delivering a consultative sales approach that creates wins for customers, the company, and YOU.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and in all follow-ups using the SharpSpring platform.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Leverage in-depth product knowledge to guide customers through high-value purchasing decisions across our extensive range of products and services.
• Demonstrate accuracy in completing sales documentation and entering data into Counterpoint, vTiger, and SharpSpring systems.
• Help maintain a well-presented showroom by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and strategic merchandising.
• Actively participate in sales events and initiatives to drive revenue and expand customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including sales, service, installation, delivery, construction, and administration to ensure seamless follow-up and customer satisfaction.
