Pennsylvania Licensed Assistant General Counsel

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various healthcare-related contracts

Advise on compliance with healthcare laws and regulations

Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet legal and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania

1-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in healthcare law

Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environment, including HIPAA and Stark Law

Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
