Responsibilities:
Administrative Leadership &Management
- Supervise CCYT Specialists, resulting in the implementation of quality service delivery
- Conduct individual supervisory conferences with CCYT Specialists at least bi-monthly with the goal of providing continual support, guidance, and work product evaluation/feedback
- Completetimelyprobationary/annual employee evaluations
- Responsible formonitoringthe workload of theSpecialistsanadjustingas needed
- Responsible for employee satisfaction within the CCYT department with an emphasis on building/maintaininga sense of team within the department
- Responsible foridentifyingthe training needs and professional development needs of staff supervised
- Proficientutilizationof SAMdatabase
- Review and approve client narratives, action plans, and documentation completed by CCYT staff
- Complete monthly formal internal client file audits, and weekly informal audits, of all direct reports
- Assign new CCYT referrals to Specialists within two (2) business days of receipt
- Ensure CCYT Specialists follow all requirements of theinitialnarrative process
- Assiststaff with client visits and follow-up meetings as needed
- Ensureclients servedreceive proper support and advocacy
- Maintain strong, open communication with the Director of Youth Adult Programsregardingservices delivered, concerns or questions
- Responsible for making community connections to increase program referrals as assigned and maintaining contact/relationship building with other partner agencies and community stakeholders
- Occasionally travel within Kansas and Missouri to attend and/or present in-service training, conduct CCYT training/presentations, and complete assessments on clients as needed or assigned
- Demonstrated a commitment to the mission and core values of FAC, and a willingness to perform other duties asrequired
- Participate in staff meetings andassistother program staff as needed
- Participate as an active team member with colleagues of all demographicsin order toeffectively and efficiently serve clients
- Participate as an active team member with all agency departments and attend trainings and meetings as assigned

Outcome Planning/Program Quality Improvement (PQI)
- Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of the program, both internal and external
- Implement and leada continuousquality assurancemeasures
- Participate in quarterly client audit reviews; make updates/changes asidentified through the PQI process
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of service improvement asidentified by FACs internal PQI process
Financial Management
- Ensure mileage, clientassistance, and other expenses align with the scope and needs of the program
- Provide timely required information for state contracted billing and other month-end reports
- Assistwith the execution of grants asrequired
RequiredQualifications
- Personal lived experience during childhood or adolescence in any of the following: foster care, informal kinship care,homelessnessand/or mandatory family-centered systems ofare services in the home
- At least two years of experience in non-profit/social service programs
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially in rapportbuilding and collaboration
- Commitment to ethical and professional conduct and confidentiality
- Commitment to equity and inclusion,working with youth and staff from diverse backgrounds
- Maintains a calm and solution-focused while supporting staff and youth in crisis
Preferred Experience
- Bachelors Degree insocial workor in a related human services field
- Experience working directly with youth aging out of foster care
- Experienceworking with marginalized communities with a nuanced understanding of systemic oppressions
- Experience in completing detailed andtimely case documentation and data entry
- Experience supervising staff in a child, youth, and/or family-focusedprogram
- Experience building community partnerships and referral pipelines
