Compensation and Benefits : Competitive salary Compensation floor of $700,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details) 4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start CME annual allowance Health, Dental, Life, Disability, and Occurrence-Based Malpractice insurance Relocation support Marshfield Clinic Health System has the longest continuous running ENT program in Wisconsin! Join our busy, well-established, full-service otolaryngology department including fellowship-trained surgeons. There is great team collegiality with dedicated support staff to help build the practice you desire. Marshfield Clinic Health System has the longest continuous-running ENT program in Wisconsin! Marshfield, Wisconsin : 4 10-hour days available!
