A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Systems Engineer Position Type : Full Time (Contract) Duration : 6 months Location : Orlando, FL As a Systems Engineer, you will : Perform Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) modeling to support Life Cycle Analysis of fielded systems. Track and analyze parts consumption and maintenance trends. Implement Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) and obsolescence programs. Track modifications and technology refreshes to the system. Perform Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) activities. Interface with a multi-discipline team to ensure continued functioning of the customer's training system. Support sustainment activities as part of the Engineering Sustainment team. Travel to customer locations may be up to 25%. The ideal candidate will have : Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. Minimum of 5 years engineering experience with understanding (not necessarily hands-on) of life cycle management and hardware reliability. Understanding of hardware components and systems engineering. Transferable experience including Electrical Engineering, Engineering Design, and Data Analysis. Experience in data processing and assessing failure rates and reliability for large volume hardware components. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team. Experience with technical studies and engineering data analysis.
