Position Summary :

We are seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services to our residents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist at Beadles Nursing Home in Alva, OK. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing physical therapy, rehabilitation, direct supervision and training of restorative staff, fit DME equipment, educate staff in areas to improve safety for both the residents and staff, communicate with all departments when needed, participate in care planning meetings when appropriate and collaborate with staff wellness.

Qualifications

• Rehabilitation and Patient Care experience
• Experience with regulations for Long Term Care and Rehab Care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Valid Oklahoma physical therapy license or eligible to become licensed
• Experience working with elderly patients is a plus
