We are seeking an experienced General Dentist for a fast-paced locum tenens position in Alabama. This 20-day assignment starts on Oct 6, 2025, and features a Monday to Thursday schedule with structured daily hours. The ideal candidate is adept at delivering comprehensive general dentistry services and can thrive in a dynamic clinical environment using Dentrix software.

  • Schedule : Monday 7am-4pm, Tuesday-Thursday 8am-5pm (daily huddle at 7 : 45am)

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatments
  • Perform routine procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions
  • Develop and implement patient treatment plans
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
  • Utilize Dentrix software for clinical documentation and workflow
  • Maintain a safe and organized clinical environment
  • Collaborate effectively with dental team members

  • Active Alabama dental license required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certifications required
  • Ability to adapt and deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced setting
  • Previous experience with Dentrix preferred
