Job Summary :
The Senior Director of Commercial Operations is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and execution of core operations functions that enable the U.S. commercial organization to drive performance, ensure compliance, and deliver on business objectives. This role oversees sales and marketing operations including responsibilities across incentive compensation, field operations, CRM management, reporting, marketing operations, content management, speaker bureau execution, HCP contracting support, and materials management / fulfillment.
The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the U.S. pharmaceutical marketplace, operational excellence, and compliance standards, along with proven experience enabling sales and marketing teams through scalable and efficient commercial operations.
Responsibilities
Design and oversee U.S. incentive compensation (IC) strategy, including plan design, modeling, governance, and ongoing operations.
Lead U.S. CRM strategy and operations (e.g., Veeva CRM, Salesforce) to ensure usability, data integrity, and adoption by our commercial field teams.
Develop and oversee dashboards and reporting that provide timely, accurate visibility into U.S. sales and marketing performance.
Lead promotional content management systems, align teams to promotional review workflows, and materials fulfillment processes.
Ensure all commercial operations activities adhere to U.S. industry regulations (e.g., PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act, FDA promotional requirements).

Any offer would include a competitive base salary (estimate shared above), incentive bonus, and benefits package customary to the position. Actual individual pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
