Healthcare Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze requirements from clients and internal teams regarding Medicaid, Medicare, and payer / provider operations

Map and optimize current-state workflows, defining future-state solutions

Develop documentation, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facilitating stakeholder collaboration

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in healthcare technology or consulting

Strong understanding of Medicaid and Medicare operations and healthcare data systems

Experience with EHR / EMR, claims processing, and data integration projects

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

Familiarity with CMS frameworks, HIPAA, and healthcare interoperability standards
