Job descriptionWith retention payment it is right around $262,500 base salary plus a production incentive $12,000 moving expenses $150,000 sign on bonus / CNL $5,000 CME (increases every 5 years – maxes out at $7500) Retention payment 5% of base salary capped out at $15,000 – this is basically a thank you for being an Avera physician and in good standing 6% match, CME, PTO Loan repayment through the state 50 Minutes from Yankton, SD | 3 hours from Omaha, NE Community has a Target shopping center Creighton boasts a historic downtown area with well-preserved buildings that give you a glimpse into its past. Walking through this area can be like taking a step back in time. The surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts. There are parks, lakes, and wildlife areas nearby for hiking, fishing, camping, and hunting. One of the highlights of small towns like Creighton is the sense of community. Job Description

Position :
- Creighton, NE - Avera Health
- 25 bed critical access hospital
- Reason for need : Retirement
- Currently have team of 2 MDs
- Support Staff : 3 APPs – One dedicated to ED
- Mixture of Inpatient / Outpatient
- ED (emergency department) responsibilities
- 4-4.5 day work week
- 1 : 7 / 1 : 8 weekend call - Weeknight 1st call covered by APPs, 2nd call covered by MD / DO
- Very rarely will the MD / DO receive any calls from APPs when on call, but if you do its phone call only
- Roughly 15 patients per day + / -
- Excellent reputation in the community
