ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Greenwood, South Carolina.

Registered Nurse - PCU

Job Details :

Work 3x12 hour day shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM

Weekend coverage required

Patient ratio of 1 : 4-5 for days, nights, and weekends

24 hours of orientation provided

1 year of nursing experience required

First-time travelers accepted

Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

EPIC charting system experience preferred

Must be licensed to practice in South Carolina at time of submission

50 mile radius rule applies for local candidates

Two supervisory references required

Floating within hospital or to affiliate hospitals may be required

Care for adults and geriatric patients with critical care stepdown, neuro / stroke, and cardiac conditions

Experience required with cardiac telemetry, CVA care, CPAP / BIPAP, heparin protocols, high flow nasal cannula, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, cardiac drip management and titration, vasoactive drip titration, and insulin drip titration

Work with interdisciplinary team including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy

Minimum time off requests during first two weeks, expect to work some holidays
