POSITION TYPE : Registered Nurse (RN)

SPECIALTY UNIT : Ortho / Med Surg

LOCATION : Bradenton, FL

SHIFT : Day / Nights (Rotating Weekends)

PAY RATE : $30 / hr-$41 / hr Based on Experience

BONUS : Days up to $10K / NIghts up to $15K

RELO. ASST. : Up tp $5K w / HR approval

JOB TYPE : Full-Time Permanent

Education :

Nursing Diploma or ASN required, BSN preferred

Licensure :

Current Florida State RN license or compact state RN license

Current BLS Certification from the American Red Cross (HCA chosen provider) OR American Heart Association is required

Current ACLS preferred; required within 6 months of hire

Experience :

Minimum one year RN experience

Customer service abilities including effective listening skills. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment

Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and / or equipment up to 50 pounds.

MUST HAVE ORTHO EXPERIENCE

ONSITES ARE MANDATORY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN OFFER

MUST HAVE 1 year of RN experience preferability in the hospital setting but is open to LTACH, HOME HEALTH, REHAB

ONSITES ARE MANDATORY FOR AN OFFER TO BE MADE

Night differential :  $4.75

Weekend differentials :  $3.00 / hr;

National Certification- $2 : 00

Sign On :

• $10K- Days 2% is paid out on the 1st / 2nd check the balance is paid out in 6 months increments
• $15K- Nights 2% is paid out on the 1st / 2nd check the balance is paid out in 6 months increments

RELO : up to 5K w / HR approval
