As a part time Busser at the Grand Cafe, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, setting up and clearing tables, stocking service stations and assisting servers with table service to ensure superior guest satisfaction.

What will you be doing?

• Keep cafe clean, organized, and reset tables promptly.
• Set and arrange tables per reservations; reset tables promptly.
• Clear dirty dishes from dining / bar area.
• Deliver bread and refill water glasses.
• Maintain stock of glassware, silverware, plates, ice, and linen.
• Keep work area clean, including sweeping, mopping, restroom upkeep, and trash removal.
• Assist servers with guest requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
