We’re hiring a dedicated LPN to provide compassionate, high-quality care in our long-term care facility. Enjoy great pay, a supportive team, and a generous sign-on bonus in a rewarding, full-time direct-hire role.

Work Setting

  • Long-Term Care (LTC) environment with 2–4 rehab patients
  • Average census : 51–54 residents
  • EMR system utilized
  • Patient population : Geriatric / rehab

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Licensure : Active LPN license (State of Minnesota)
  • Certification : Current BLS required
  • Experience : Minimum 3 months in an LTC setting
  • Skills :

    • Knowledge of basic nursing skills and medication administration

  • Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately
  • Familiarity with EMR documentation

    • Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate individualized care for residents
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Update care plans based on resident needs and physician orders
  • Promote resident dignity, privacy, and independence
  • Maintain a safe and orderly environment
  • Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition
  • Educate residents and families on health care and treatments
  • Safely operate transfer / lift equipment and ensure proper body mechanics
  • Participate in safety, fire, and disaster preparedness activities
